Own Your Walk
Our signature cohort, where up to 20 selected moms each year take part in immersive workshops on Identity, Confidence & Presence, and Self-Expression. It’s where a mom does the BE work: reconnecting with who she is and the freedom she wants.

Free Mama Experience
Our annual flagship event, where the runway becomes the Own Your Walk cohort’s graduation and each mom debuts the new her. It’s a celebration for the moms, their families, and the wider community.

Our year-round membership community, where moms stay connected and keep growing through wellness, personal growth, financial and entrepreneurial development, mentorship, and leadership. Confidence in Community.

Our outreach experience, welcoming any mom—whether or not she knows us yet—to Exhale, Move, and Nourish. It supports moms’ minds and bodies while connecting them to resources and access.
